Fee Structure

At Rizzardi Law, we believe that transparency and trust begin with a clear understanding of how legal fees work.  We offer the following fee structures depending on the nature and scope of the matter.  The appropriate fee structure will be discussed and selected by the Attorney and Client as part of the intake process.

Hourly Billing

For most matters, attorney time is tracked in increments and the client will receive a detailed invoice outlining the work performed and the time spent.

Flat Fee

For certain services with a predictable scope, such as incorporating a business, forming an LLC, or drafting certain types of contracts, Rizzardi Law may offer a flat fee so that the cost of the service is known to the client upfront.

Subscription

For certain ongoing scopes of work, such as outside general counsel services, Rizzardi Law may offer a monthly subscription fee, allowing individual and business clients to more easily budget for ongoing legal services.
